Cameron Sinclair is a member, and past Captain, of Northamptonshire County Golf Club. As well as designing and constructing the 3 new holes at NCGC, Cameron has been a leading participant in the recent major review to lengthen and further improve the challenge of his home course.
As a Golf Course designer of international repute Cameron has designed, among others, Bedfordshire GC, Heydon Grange G & CC near Cambridge, Lamerwood GC in Hertfordshire, Whitekirk GC in East Lothian and 36 holes at Whittlebury Park in Northamptonshire. He has also undertaken modifications to Blankney GC in Lincolnshire, Huddersfield GC, Northamptonshire County GC and Royal Liverpool

Cameron’s current project is a new multi-million pound course for St Ives Golf Club.
The new 230-acre site, on the outskirts of Needingworth, which will open in the summer of 2009, will involve an 18-hole course with a driving range, practice facilities, and new club house."More than 250,000 cubic metres of earth will be moved to build the course, which will include lakes and a wetland area to help provide a wildlife habitat.

Cameron Sinclair said the scheme represented a significant and exciting design challenge. He said: "Our aim has been to create a natural-looking course. The idea is that it will make a positive contribution to ecological diversity by creating a new wildlife habitat.
Each hole will be set up to be challenging but fair for all levels of ability, with the hole strategies designed to reward the thinking golfer, rather than simply favouring the longer hitter.
The ultimate goal is to create a good test of golf in a pleasant environment."
